Hello all!  I'm located in West Michigan right on beautiful Lake Michigan.  I am new to smoking so I am looking for as much information as possible.  I am interested in purchasing a wood smoker and working with beef brisket and ribs in particular.  I am looking forward to collaborating with you all!
