Hey guys...new to the forum AND smoking. I have a Weber Genesis that I grill on almost every weekend...and am going to try smoking on it...not sure how that will work...but I've posted a message in the "Build" forum about an opportunity I have from my schools welding department to build me a dedicated smoker...thanks and I look forward to learning!
