I've been smoking for a few years and a member here since 2012. I haven't posed much as I was active in a smaller group but have decided to become more active here. I am a fan of all smoker types. I currently have two UDS's a 30" Masterbuilt digi that I get great use out of thanks to the complete flattening of the learning curve by Bearcarver, a moddded but not quite ready Cheap offset and four Weber kettles. Mt neighbors think I am nuts as they cannot understand the need for so many kettles LOL! I plan to add a pellet smoker and a kamado style cooker at some point. I'm about ready to toss two slabs into the masterbuilt as I have some home projects to do while I am cooking.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Take a look at my list of toys on the bottom of my post.
Happy smoken.
