I have been lurking for about a year now and finally taking the time to join and get involved.  I started last year with just a cheap electric smoker and it made me want to learn more and do more.  We had another baby so that took up a few months but now I just got a new Masterbuilt 30" digital smoker and can't wait to get it going!!! You guys have a ton of great info and I have learned a lot already and looking forward to learning a lot more!!!
