Hello everyone. My name is Dave (Bomber) and I'm new to www.smokingmeatforums.com and very happy to be here. I love how easy it is to get a very usable answer to any question I have regardless of the issue.
I've been smoking for a couple of years now and on my second electric smoker. I just can't get away from how easy it is to control the heat and smoke! It's great to be able to start a big project (brisket or pork shoulder) at night and not have to worry about anything until it's time to take the meat out. I especially love how only 2 handfulls of wood chips is enough for 15+ hours of smoke.
We love to smoke chicken, turkey, pork shoulder, brisket, tri tip and sausage.
