Hello all, I'm Chad Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN
Not new to smoking but new to this site, can't believe it took me so long to find this site.
Rig rundown,
1-brinkman offset charcoal
1-pit boss 820 pellet
1-5 burner sst Kenmore grill
1-4 burner sst Kenmore with guts removed and sink installed.
Igrill2, 4 probes and 1 ambient on its way.
Been smoking with the Brinkman for about 10 years, just started using the pit boss, wanted a Yoder, but starting with this to make sure I like the pellets. So far so good with tons of help from this site. I do notice a lesser smoke ring then using charcoal, but still very tasty.
Mainly smoke ribs, brisket and chicken.
Can't wait to use all the techniques I will find on here.
