Hello all, just dropping a note to say Hi. New from Western MD. Firefighter/Paramedic. Dont really have a smoker yet. going to try the cheapest route for now to make sure I enjoy the actual cooking aspect of it. Signed up for the Eclass and bought the book to get a good idea of how things work.

Thanks For having me,
Cory
