Long time reader of the site and newsletters.
I just switched from using the Charbroiler charcoal grill with indirect heat to the Master Forge propane smoker. I'm a casual smoker, but I'm getting better all the time.
I've only done ribs and a pork shoulder since I got the new smoker, but both turned out great. I'm not sure what all to say here, except I visit all the time and you have all helped me with recipes and tips for some time now, so thanks for that!
