New from Dallas TX

Howdy! I wanted to give a quick introduction, I live in the Dallas TX area and have been grilling and smoking dead critters most of my life! I currently have a New Braunfels Bandera charcoal smoker I’ve had for many years and just got a Masterbuilt 20” electric smoker this Christmas. I found this site and am amazed at all the awesome advice and information y’all have. Looking forward to getting to know y’all!

aboard! I went to high school in Greenville and college at Dallas Baptist University, and I second Bama's motion on Jerry Jones.  It is tough being a cowboy fan in Ohio as well, lol!
