My name is Joe. My son just bought a Traeger Pellet Smoker (I think he is trying to teach me how to cook because he left it at my house, lol). As we speak, I am trying to make pulled pork on the grill. I am new to smoking so this should be interesting. I am definitely an amateur griller as well as an amateur cook. I joined this forum because I am very interested in seeing different recipes and tips on smoking. I appreciate all the experience of the folks on this forum.
