Hello All,

I am a novice smoker out of CT.  I have a few smokers including a WMS 22 and a Green Egg.  I am currently looking to add an electric smoker to let the wife participate in smoking.

The  electics i am looking at are pretty broad in cost including a smokeshack, smokin-it 2 or 3 and a master-bbq 3500 (not seing much on this one so i am a little concerned).

Like to smoke just about any type of meat and some vegies and like using just about all types of woods.

I ended up just going with the larger 22.5 WSM.  I was thinking about it; would be dreaming to think the wife was going to move a 100 pound smoker and plug it in and with my roots from NC my family would rip me up for using electric even though i dont have a problem with it and think it sounds appealing!
