Hey y'all! If there is such a thing as smoked meat addiction, then I'm the poster child! I don't have the means as of yet to do what y'all do, but I hope to at some time.

If there is anything better then smoked meat/cheese please someone tell me because I really need some help!

This may not curb your addiction but may improve the quality and I am sure the QUANTITY of how much you and your fellow diners consume.

Their is no known "cure" for this addiction but Tender Quick Salt on meat does help relieve some symtoms. Also "more cow bell" helps break the fever.
