Do to having made a very big error selling my big smoker and only having my back yard pig I have started a new build.

A few years back I was able to get two (2) 24" x 53" x 3/8" pipe with the thought of building a dual design smoker of some type.

Got started on it a few months back, but pulled off to do a few other builds for friends.

Getting back working on it so wanted to share it with the BBQ family.

Built the trailer and starting the lay out. Planning on finishing the grill / smoker side first. Wasn't going to put a fire box on the grill side, but the extra smoking capability will come in handy at times, will just added a little extra work moving the meat around when it's used.

The other side will be a RF design with a warmer / rib box added above the firebox.

Trailer built out of 3" channel and will have a wood box in front of the smokers behind the spare.

Mounted the tanks, fire box and cut out the doors on the grill / smoker side.

Completed the build in time to smoke some ribs and butts for Thanksgiving.  Wanted to show completed project.

Front View.  The right side is the RF smoker and the left is grill with direct smoke capability.

Back View.  Warmer box above RF firebox with a slide if I was to let smoke in.

RF Smoker side view.

Inside RF side. Two(2) racks.

Grill side View.

Seasoned both sides and used the RF side for Thanksgiving and it worked great.  Played with the temps during the seasoning and was very please with the ability to control the temp levels. Just controlling the air intake, 160 - 350 was the min/max range with now trouble leveling back and holding stable at 220/225.

It was a fun build but had to pull off twice to do other projects to that's why it took so long to finish.
