So I broke down and got the camp chef smoke pro SE. The reason I chose camp chef is I really like the ash cup because you can just empty it and put it back on and it seems the the rest of them you need to partially tear it down to clean out the ash. I just got it yesterday and I let it burn for an hour or so at 350 to burn off any manufacturing oils and whatnot.
I did some burnt ends and Tuscan pork loins wrapped in maple bacon and will post some pics in the forums later on. I also put some pork in this morning for pulled pork. I will also get some good reviews of it once I use it a bit more but I can that the flavor of the burnt ends was amazing. I can already say I love it so far as I put the pork in turned it on and went to back to bed instead of baby sitting a fire.
