New but have some experience

I've been smoking with various Brinkmann smokers for many years. Subscribe to Jeff's newsletter and bought his recipes. But this is the first time I've visited the forum.

I'm in rural Kaufman county Texas and love to smoke a brisket, but have also done turkey, meatloaf, chicken, veggies, and pork.

I'm 65 and glad to be reading in the forum.
