Getting an old new braunfels black diamond for next to nothing. Trying to decide if I want to make it a reverse flow or just put tuning plates in it. I still plan on building a vertical drum smoker but I want the nbbd to be used for my long cooks at competition and to be an actual stick burner. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
