Hi everyone My name is Adam aka ACE I live in Australia, I am a signwriter by trade... My interest are fishing drinking beer pinstriping & living a shed life, I'm keen to learn more about smoking all different types of foods, I have been smoking pork for only a short time but enjoy it very much. I have a small meat smoker & a home made fish smoker I use. I will get some photos of how us Aussie smoke down under, but I'm keen to see how other people prepare & smoke different foods on the site.
