Hello All,

  I currently have an MES 40" smoker, and want to step up to the big leagues..  I am looking for a charcoal grill/smoker that i can make ribs and pulled pork on but use as a grill to make burgers and dogs when the family wants them..  I have about $500 to spend..  Any ideas?  What exactly should i be looking for?
