I am smoking a pork butt today for a party on Saturday at 1pm. When it is finished smoking (should I take it out at 190 degrees?) should I still wrap it in foil and put in a cooler? If so for how long? Then can I store it whole in the fridge until Saturday?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

...twist the bone out for doneness on a small butt....larger one follow SmokinAl's advise..

Agree....for me, I cook it to the 205 IT, let it sit, uncovered for about 45 minutes, then pull the meat, spread it out to cool off and put in refrigerator. Save any juices to add back into the PP. Next day, reheat, add any saved juices and any finishing sauce and a little bbq sauce and serve!
