Hello all. I am from Sandusky Ohio and have been lurking around these parts for some time but finally got the urge to finally register. Smoked my first turkey about 20 years ago and what a mess that was: charcoal/freezing temps/high wind... Nowadays I am running a Masterbuilt propane smoker with cast iron pan "mod" and cranking out some fantastic stuff that I am very proud of but looking to take it to another level and this year I am really after killer turkey. Not for the holiday but for gifts and maybe some for myself. Hoping I can get a few old timers or maybe Pops himself to divulge some trade secrets.
