We have a new addition to our family   --------------

Here is the Story

Our Grandson  (Who lives with us) was at one of his friend’s house Sunday night. His friend lives kind of out in the country. He has a German shepherd and two pit bulls. The Shepherd stays out all the time, he lets the Pit’s  out for a little while every so often. He had let the female out, while they were standing there talking, in a few she came back with the puppy in her mouth, dropped it at their feet and went back to running around. That dog saved her life, They knew the mother had been run over (Wasn’t his dog) and had puppies, but didn’t know where they were. They found the rest of the litter the next day, they were all dead except for one little male. They found someone to take her.

She was in bad shape when he brought her home. My wife told him she would be lucky to make it through the night. They cleaned her up doctored a couple of cuts and fed her.

Here are a couple of pics one on Monday one yesterday, Big difference,n Today she got my sock and was fighting me for it while growling and barking    Better every day, She is about 5 - 6 weeks  Father is a German Shepherd and the Mother was a Pit Bull and ??

Anyway a cute puppy

Gary

What a wonderful story. Your Pit is the real rescurer, but she made it a gift to ya'll. The spoiling is always returned by love. Enjoy, Joe

Thanks Joe, she is a cutie. Our Schnauzer will be 11 this year just ignores the puppy. She will sneak up on her and try to play but the Schnauzer just hops up on the couch to get away.

Nice Gary!

I'm not a dog person, but SWMBO came with a rescue dog.  She still barks at me every day when I come home, it's been almost 6 years!  Last week we had to board her because we went to the beach for the weekend, I really missed her not barking at me when we came home from Florida.
