Nekkid brisket in fridge? How long?

Hi Guys. So, I took. 14lb SRF brisket out of the cryovac last night and trimmed it up. Plan was to throw it on this evening. Plans have changed now and I cant put this on the smoker until Monday afternoon. That will be almost 3 days it will be sitting uncovered. It isn't seasoned yet. Will it hold on? Should I wrap it in plastic wrap?

It actually fit in my vacuum sealer so I vacusucked it up and back in the fridge it went. Monday should be no prob now I would think.
