Need to cook 30 slabs by tuesday 1030 a.m.

Not sure the route.... most I have done on my Lang 60 is 10.. 3-2-1. Give me ideas and best route.!

Just curious, Slabs of ???? For what? I'm sure there are lots of folks who would help if they had more to go on.

Not sure how you intended to sound, but I took those last two posts as a tad snippy. I'm sure others will too. Not sure how much help thats gonna get you.

Only suggestion I have is use rib racks, or multiple layers of grates. One other thought do them in batches and reheat in oven.
