I think i am just going to go buy a another 10 -12 brisket and smoke the whole thing for burnt ends. Save this larger one for later.

Chuck Roast in my area is $4.99 a lb. I can a packer brisker for $3.99 a lb at costco. I know i will loose some weight on the packer when i trim the excess fat.
