Need some info

I'm smoking a turkey today, along with some ABT's, a fatty and was planning on smoking a can of SPAM later on too. When smoking the SPAM, do I need to wrap that in bacon like the fatty? Thanks for your help!

Rivet while I've never smoked spam I wouldn't think it would have to be bacon wrapped. However whats not made better by a bacon wrap

How bout running a boning knife thru the SPAM and tucking a couple of jap slices inside? Save yer bacon..plenty of fat in the SPAM for a good smoke :{)

I wouldn't think so, lessin course yall wan't the taste a the bacon er the bacon ta eat. It's precooked so yall just need ta add the smoke flavor to it.
