I built my own smokehouse in December of last year and have been extremely pleased with the results. Since I have started smoking meats in there, my 5 year old step-daughter has finally become a carnavore, but she is getting spoiled, she only likes the meat when it comes right out of the smokehouse.
The information I would like to know is how long do you smoke beef and about what temperature to acheive that thick and tender style of peppered Beef Jerky. I'm also wanting to smoke some chesse as well and would like to know the proper temps. and time for that too.
