Need ideas on how to smoke pig legs

What type of smoker are you using?

This should actually be moved to a different forum - Pork would be a good one...

Are you smoking the legs feet and all?

If so, try covering the feet with foil so they don't overcook and cook the legs to an IT of about 190 at the thick part.  You may want to foil part way through the cook to retain moisture.

If you plan on leaving the skin on just use a simple salt and pepper rub.

Be sure to post plenty of Q-view!!!

Thanks I will sure follow your advice hope it comes out good and Q-views for sure when I get to the legs first I'm gonna start with ribs and then the shoulder and then ham see how they come out and thanks for being patient with me I'm new to here
