Well thanks to the help i've gotten from several of you. My pulled pork has become a big hit. I took some to work one day, and now the general contractor want's to have a bbq for all the subs and asked me to cater it. I thought that was pretty cool. I need help on quantities. I'm doing pulled pork, my wifes great slaw, and baked beans. They asked me to make enough for 70 people. Sam's has a case of pork butts for $50 for 50#s. I figure that should be plenty of meat. How bout the sides how many ounces per person. I'd hate to run out. These are a bunch of hungry construction workers. Thanks in advance for any help.
