I was planing on building a plywood smokehouse and i want to insulate it and put aluminum inside. I was wondering if it is safe to use aluminum in a smoker.some of my friends has said no but they don't know for sure.

I hope so mine is all aluminum inside. I've eaten plenty of food from aluminum pans. The smoker walls will be covered in smoke.
