I am no longer looking for a champion juicer let me tell you why last week I had eye surgery scheduled Glucoma. I did not know when I would be able to see good enough to make sausage so I cured 10 lb pork butt for thuringer after curing I ground once thru 1/8 plate rather than chill again I tried something new, I bake all our bread and use an ankarsrum mixer the ankarsrum mixer the bowel rotates and the dough hook is stationery part of it is close to the spinning bowl it is a sturdy mixer and I put all 10 lbs in. It worked very well in fact the mince got harder when cooked than I prefer next time less mixing and a little water. The mixer has a knife to scrape the bowl I held a spatula above to direct mince into bowl. Is it asgood as a champion no but it works good enough for me

Yup, many ways to get there and you have found yours. That’s great!
