My version of the mailbox mod

This is my version of the mailbox mod. Found the cheap grill at Dollar General for $14. Balance of parts from Amazon. Ran about 30 min of smoke thru it. Big test this Saturday, 4 racks of Baby backs.

Not a bad idea you could even run charcoal and wood chunks in the baby grill if you ran out of pellets for the AMNPS. Looking forward to see how it turns out on the ribs!

I've got a MES40 as well usually just put the AMNPS in the bottom left corner on top of the sausage hanger rack that came with it.

I don’t use that style of cooker but that looks like it’s going to work nice
