think I'm gonna get #26 sheep casings.

Probably a good size for what you're after .
I've bought 28mm and 22mm from Syracuse . The sheep casings are really nice quality .

These are the ribs, not the turn in's these are the ones that I had leftover after they were reheated and sauced for the second time. They weren't nearly this dark the day of the contest. They were too dark, but not that dark.
