My pig roast 2009

It all started with this 60lb pig. Then came liberal amounts of choice beverages.





About 4 hrs in and it started
Larry thinks this is a pose the chicks will like


I did up some abt's. Some are herb and garlic philly with a shrimp the others are onion and chive philly with a pulled pork I had frozen.



MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM so good gone as soon as they came off.

did a simple salt and pepper touch of garlic rub



Then it got cold +23C so we had to make the dog look stupid. His name is goober




At least it isn't a ball cap on backward's (my nephew Seth brave enough to steal my hat)
