So after looking at the stuffed and bacon wrapped loin, I decided that I wanted to try my own little version of it. I didnt use the pork, but instead I used ground beef, as my base, then I put spinach in it, then feta on top, and then provolone and thats it. I folded it over itself, and then made a sort of meatloaf. Then I threw it in the smoker, and this is how she turned out.
