new years dinner
i spoiled the bride again this year, this is my plate (turkey platter)
fillet, 3 broiled lobster tails, caulifower, rice, and a scallop cream sauce
and of course garlic butter
a slurp of some homemade red wine (from grapes)
never got pics of the appy's
seafood stuffed portobello mushrooms ans scallops wrapped in my own bacon :)
SO ACTUALLY WAS SOMETHING I HAD SMOKED INVOLVED :0)
HAPPY NEW YEARS !!!!
