Old smoker next to my new one. The new one is a landmann from Costco. I will be doing a lot of mods to it. I ordered gasket and I sealed it up already with silicone. I am gonna build a new basket since my old one is too small for this one and I'm ordering the tuning plates for it. About to fire it up on Saturday.

So true lol
It was a impulse buy to get me into smoking last year. It was $100 new so I said why not. I made some really good meals on it but it was hell keeping the temp. I modified it and I must say a COS can still turn out good meals with those mods.
