Hi all, just received my first real Smoker.
14" wide and roughly 3' tall, it's pretty modular very nicely built powdered paint over 3/16" steel.
About 22# weight.
Comes with 2 grills and 2 pans, one for charcoal and the other for dripping.

However, I think I bought wrong wood chips, they seem to be for smoke "generator", rather then spiral...they go out constantly...I think they are a bit too coarse medium fraction 6-8mm...I think I need fine chips 0.5mm-2mm?
Can anyone confirm? Thanks
Is there some way to use them 🤔 in spiral?

You guys won't believe it...the manufacturer made a boo-boo and sent me 2 water pans and NO charcoal basket...instead of 1 Charcoal and 1 pan, I was wondering yesterday evening why they send 2 same pans and no basket, thinking 🤔 maybe it's a new improvement...not to dirty the lower under part or base where it sits???
I think not...wouldn't it burn out sooner or later ?
Oh well...

That explains a lot.

You should easily be able to use chips but I would recommend chunks as chips would more than likely just catch fire and burn up.

Latest information 😀
Actually they changed the design and NOW, there are 2 identical bassins fairly solid steel enamel coating. Water and charcoal.

Still, I find it strange 🤔 to have a steel pan for burning 🔥 because it will eventually burn out no?
In any case I tried it without meat and it's great...I like the "Bullet" design.
I hope to use it this weekend for real.
