if they had meetings for this I'd be there every Wednesday. If I was this bad aT pulling out on time in school I'd have 10 kids. still some awesome pork, just need to pull out sooner .

I'll cook them that way every once in a while. Just dunk them in BBQ sauce, put the meat on a hoagie roll and you've got a home made McRib sammie.

Many are used to FOB having grown up with ribs made this way. On the other side of the equation is the clean bite version favored by those who say the meat's peak flavor is at this point. In the end, what ever rows the boat in your house.
