Hello,

I'm Steve. My plan is to build a smokehouse designed after Cowgirls. I plan to cold smoke as well as hot smoke. I have used hot smokers for chicken and ribs but I'm looking forward to bacon, hams, keilbossa, cheese and more.

You have come to the right place.  WE have so much info you will change your mind and your ideas more than you probably ever thought possible.  Spend some time reading her posts and follow some others to get that perfect smoke house for you.  Just remember to post those pictures because we all ready with our eyes around here.

Thanks. I think I was able to change my location. So much information here my neck hurts from being on the laptop so long.
