My first UDS build help

The pro Q replacement basket works well (Amazon). Miss piggy bbq uses it in her UDS and I copied her idea. Works for me too

I would get ahold of danny. He is a metal worker by trade. I am sure he could point you in the right direction.

Managed to get hold of some mesh from a local hardware store. Not the strongest so made multiple layers to make up the basket.

First smoking attempt was a pork shoulder for a bit of pulled pork. Turned out pretty well for a first attempt, but already planning on bigger cuts of meat and making alterations to rubs & cooking etc...
