My first smoke, burgers!

Well I grabbed a pound of ground chuck and 4 strips of peppered bacon for dinner tonight.

I set my masterbuilt 30 to 250° and went to it. Surprisingly I hit 155° in my burgers after about a half hour. I have a feeling it's because I had them on the bottom rack and because of a flare up. I put the chips in 5 minutes before the burgers and it burst into flames when I opened the door. Overall they were delicious I might cut back on the smoke and put them in the middle next time.
