my first ribs

These were the first ribs that did as a young wipper snapper. I used the 3-2-1 method. This was also before i understood the concept of indirect heat, so they were a lil charred on the bottom. They still tasted good though (except the charred part).

Try again with the indirect, then you can start fine tuning the 3-2-1 until you get the right pull to the meat and YOUR taste.

I appreciate it. I've since started using indirect heat and they keep getting better. Still playing with different rubs and stuff trying to get it all the way down.
