I have never thought my qview would contribute to anyone so I havent taken pics of any of it. But I did take pics of my fathers day smoke. A slab of bb's and a pork butt. Both got the mustard and Jeff's rub treatment.

LOL... that third pict of yours...seems the ribs were a little light on the meat, eh? ;{)

Nice pix..nice job...POINTS for the virgin Q-View!

Looks great ribs musta been good by the looks of it the butt also looks great

that must be an example of 100% pullback!!!! looks like you had a great smoke and a great meal!!!! thks for sharing!!

A little fill in. I cooked the ribs in the smoker at 225 for 2 hours then wrapped in the oven at 225 for 2 hours. Added some cattlemans and cooked uncovered for 30 minutes. A little too falling off the bone for me. But tasted great.

The butt I smoked till 160 then in the oven wrapped till 200 then sat in the oven for 6 hours off untill I got too it. Ooh it was good. I think I put on Jeffs rub a little too thick on the ribs.

Btw I ate all the ribs myself in about 5 minutes.
