I finally own my first bonafide smoker. I built it this this weekend, but won't get to cook on it till next Saturday. I've never built anything like this. This made me want to build more stuff.
What you cannot see inside: 17" diameter x 13" high charcoal and wood basket, 19" diameter 18 gauge mild steel diffuser plate set on top of the basket, 3 quart water pan (ie. My late moms roast pot), and two Weber racks.
