Thanks for that link!  The "Glow Dials" are pretty cool.  Don't really know if it's worth the extra money....except for C@@L Factor!

MAN!  Just went back looking at their site and found the "Road Kill" thermometer!  What a hoot!

I just bought a plain jane Tel-Tru, not one of the ones on their "bbq thermometers" page.  It's a back connection, 5" dial with a 6" stem.  The McMaster Carr part number is 3949K17.  Paid $52.76 about 18 months ago.  I love the 5" dial.  I can see the temp without having to be right up on the smoker.
