I added some new pictures of my build....not to disappointed with the welds since I had never seen a welder before starting this project. I had my first two cooks the other day even though I'm not finished with the air inlets on the firebox. That being said the smoker performed great holding at 200 for 2 hrs while I cooked hotdogs 200 hotdogs and 200 brats.

I fired it up for the first time with some charcoal and 4 pieces of oak. The temp came up,to over 500 and then I backed it down to 250 and held it steady in all three zones for 5 hrs :yahoo:

Steve, Happy Thanksgiving to you also... From going over the numbers, it sound as if the smoker works perfectly... Good draw, even temps and very efficient when it comes to fuel consumption... Great job on the build....
