With all the posts about fatties I had to cook one for the playoffs. I didn't put it in the smoker because it was so cold out so decided to put in indirect heat on the grill with chips. This was a JimmyDean stuffed with smoked cheddar, chicken breast, onions, garlic and jalapeno's. Lots of lessons learned on this first fatty cook such as make sure and spray non stick in the plastic bag and even on wax paper... also i will use lots more cheese. The next fatty will be similar to another one i saw posted here...bacon weave and stuffed with onions, cheese, potatoes and eggs. Thanks for the ideas!
