Well, it is okay, I made up for it. I had some leftover rib eye in the fridge. I sautÃ[emoji]169[/emoji]ed it with some fresh diced chili pepper and then fried an egg, added fresh baby spinach and then some grated cheese. Put it on some buttered toast and enjoyed. Great start to the day!
Still doing good. The smallest butt came off a while ago and is in the cooler. The other butt and brisket are at about 186 right now. I just finished up preping the fatty's and ABT's. And while I was doing that, my wife went to get my Father's Day present. Needless to say, I will be putting it to use in a couple of hours.
