My dad's as promised

So here is my dad's. This is like the third ever that he has rigged up but is by far the best one. Thanks to yall for the info on the electric heat element he will now be able to fully regulate it. Has a barrel with a propane hotplate to keep coals going for winter smoking. But keeping the chamber temped in south dakota winter is tough

It smokes great. He has a diffuser plate that really even out smoke. I wish we would have though of reinsunating it in the beginning though for temps
