Hey there Geert I didn't see "The Bible" Great Sausage Recipes and Meat Curing by Rytek Kutas a Polish guy. I have jusr recieved it as a gift (to myself) for my birthday and it has alot of good infomation in it to oh yea and some really good recipes too.

I've got about as many as you do. It has gotten to the point that when I get another one the wife makes me get rid of one of the old ones. Aman can't have too many cookbooks, knives or guns.
